The Salon Eleven experience
Cancellation Policy
To make sure we are accommodating all of our clients and taking care of our stylists, we ask for a
credit card to be on file to book our services. We also require a 24 hour notice, via phone call or voicemail to the salon if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice or a No-Show will result in a 50%
charge of the scheduled service.
Also, please note that if you are 10 or more minutes late to your appointment and the service can no longer be
completed in the remaining time frame, this will be treated as a missed appointment and you will
be charged 50% of the total.

Tuesday 10 am - 7 pm
Wednesday 10 am - 7 pm
Thursday 10 am - 7 pm
Friday 8:30 am - 12 pm
Saturday 10 am - 2 pm
